The term to make a change is 30 days from receipt of the order. You cannot return accessory items such as: sprays, creams, insoles and socks.

The products will be returned in the same condition in which you received them (unworn, unwashed, with interior and exterior labels still attached, without repairs, together with their complete original packaging and together with any accessories related to them) and with the corresponding purchase receipt.

Walk&fly reserves the right to reject changes after the deadline or if the products are not in the same conditions as when they were sent, or if they do not meet our conditions for changes and returns.

To make changes to items in the store, you can display the invoice sent in the order confirmation on your mobile device. If you wish, you can also access and print the invoice that appears in your CUSTOMER ACCOUNT - MY ORDERS AND RETURNS - DETAILS.

The first size change in orders sent to Peninsular Spain or the Balearic Islands is free. For international orders, the customer will bear the shipping costs.

You can make the change as long as it is for the same item (same reference number) in another color or size. The model must be in perfect condition, without any modification in the original price and that the store has it in stock, in case of not having stock when we receive it, we will make a return. If you want a different product, you must place a new order.

To make the change you have two options:

- Change of size in a post office: Free. We recommend delivering to official Post offices, not to external collection points. You can also request the return from your customer account in "my orders and returns", by clicking on "details" in the order you want to make the return.

- Change of size at home: Free. The first size change is free in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For international orders, shipping will be borne by the customer.
