Return process

The return period is 30 days from receipt of the order. You cannot exchange or return accessory items such as: sprays, creams, insoles and socks.

The products will be returned in the same condition in which you received them (unused, unwashed, with the inner and outer labels still attached, without repairs, together with their complete original packaging and together with any accessories related to the themselves) and with the corresponding purchase receipt.

Walk&fly reserves the right to reject late returns if the products are not in the same conditions as when they were sent, or if they do not meet our return conditions.

The refund will be held until the merchandise is received or until you provide proof that you have returned it. The customer will be responsible for proving that the items have been returned. If your return does not comply with the stipulated terms, you will not have the right to receive any refund of the amount and we will send you the products freight collect.

To make the return you have three options:

  • Return in store: We recommend that you do it as soon as possible in one of our stores. The store in charge will collect the shoes and give you a confirmation document of said return.   • Return from home: You can send by taking charge of the shipping costs to our headquarters at Albert Einstein street nº12 (Walk&fly) 11500 El Puerto de Sta María (Cádiz). If you prefer, we can manage the collection of your order at home ourselves. This service has an additional cost of € 5 in the Peninsula and in the Balearic Islands, which we will deduct from your refund. In international orders, shipping will be borne by the customer. Return of defective products

  1. If in exceptional circumstances you have received a defective or damaged item, the quickest solution is to go to one ofour stores.. nce there, an employee will check the condition of the item. In case you confirm the defect and the store has the item in stock, we will exchange or return the item according to your preference and the store's stock.
  2. If you don't have a store near you,, We suggest that you contact our Customer Service department by email providing the order details and a photograph showing the damage suffered.
  3. We will carefully examine the returned product and we will notify you by e-mail or telephone within a reasonable period of time if it is necessary to return or replace it (if applicable). The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the item is appropriate.
  4. The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to any defect or defect, when it really exists, will be fully reimbursed, including the shipping costs incurred to deliver the item. The return will be made in the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase.

Refund process

Size change

You can exchange an item purchased on our website within 30 days of receiving the order..

The first change of size in orders sent to Peninsular Spain or the Balearic Islands is free. For international orders the customer will bear the shipping costs.

You can make the change as long as it is for the same item (same reference number) in another color or size. The model must be in perfect condition, without any modification in the original price and that the store has it in stock.If you want a different product, you must place a new order.
