You can locate your order from your customer account, by clicking on "my orders and returns" in "details" of the order you want to know the status of.

In this section you can check its status from the time you confirm it until delivery. In the same way, we will inform you of the preparation and shipment of your order and, if there is any type of delay, we will notify you.

In the email that we send you to notify you that your order is already in transport, we will indicate the tracking code with the carrier.
