When our logistics team has your order ready and ships it, they notify you by email. In that message they indicate the complete content of your order.
In multiple orders, it is possible that you receive your order in more than one package because the items are in different warehouses. In this case, you will receive an email notifying you that you will receive the order in more than one package.
It is important to note that each package will have a different tracking number. Once we prepare the order in our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the package in question. It is possible that the packages are delivered on different days.
This service does not have any additional cost for the client.
